A CSR Mangrove Restoration Program was successfully organised with TNBX Sdn. Bhd., joined by 40 staff members from TNBX Sdn. Bhd. and Tenaga Nasional Berhad. The group took part in a hands-on mangrove replanting activity within the Banjar Utara Forest Reserve (Sungai Yu), Selangor, in partnership with the Selangor State Forestry Department.

A total of 500 mangrove seedlings (Rhizophora species) were planted as part of the effort to restore degraded coastal areas and strengthen the resilience of mangrove ecosystems. This program marks TNBX’s first involvement in a mangrove planting initiative, reflecting the company’s growing commitment to environmental stewardship and sustainability.

Moving forward, TNBX aims to continue contributing to environmental conservation efforts across Malaysia, aligning business responsibility with positive ESG impacts.
